Muhammad Najmi Mansor - Chief Operating Officer Muhammad Najmi Mansor was named the Chief Operating Officer of Amal by Malaysia Airlines, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG), in March 2021. A Certified Practising Accountant (CPA), Najmi has held various responsibilities and management positions since joining Malaysia Airlines in 2004. He has extensive experience in strategic projects ranging from business turnaround plans, new company setup including Hijrah Biru Sdn Bhd ("Amal by Malaysia Airlines"), financial analysis of aircraft purchases to route rationalisation and systems implementation. Najmi previously served as Amal by Malaysia Airlines’ Chief Financial Officer and Malaysia Aviation Group's Head of Group Finance, Business Partners and Corporate Planning.
Roslan Ismail - Head of Commercial Graduated in Bachelor of Business Administration from Royal Melbourne Institute Technology (RMIT) University, Australia, Roslan has served several telecommunication companies prior to joining Malaysia Airlines in 1990. Having served Malaysia Airlines for 33 years holding various positions including Regional Sales Manager for Malaysia & Brunei, Head of Marketing MABKargo, Head of OneWorld and Project Management Airport Services, Senior Regional Vice President for North Asia and North America, Country Manager Indonesia, Area Manager Western Australia and Area Manager Pakistan – Roslan has been appointed as Head of Commercial, Amal, in July 2023 to drive sales and delivering solid revenue plan for all sales related projects.
Zuraidah Mat Dol - Head of Digital and Marketing A pioneer Amal by Malaysia Airlines’ senior leadership team member with her appointment as the company’s Head of Human Resource in May 2017, Zuraidah has also served as Amal by Malaysia Airlines’ Head of Corporate Services and was recently named the Head of Digital and Marketing. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business with double majors in Human Resource Management/Organisational Behaviour and Marketing from Melbourne, Australia, Zuraidah has held a number of management positions in Human Resource, Operations and Internal Audit since joining Malaysia Airlines in 1998. Zuraidah played a key role in several strategic projects including HR Transformation during MAS' transition to MAB, new company formations such as Hijrah Biru Sdn Bhd ("Amal by Malaysia Airlines"), cost-saving initiatives, and the formulation and implementation of the Cabin Crew Flight Time Limitation scheme. Zuraidah was also appointed Team Lead for the GO Team MH370 based in Beijing and GO Team MH17 based in Amsterdam.
Abu Bakar Sadiqin Hazim - Head of Operations Amal by Malaysia Airlines’ current Head of Operations with 25 years of management experience in the aviation industry, Abu Bakar previously served as Amal by Malaysia Airlines’ Head of Ground Operations, Regional Head (Malaysia & Brunei) and Alternate Nominated Post Holder for Airport Services. He also held a post overseas as Area Manager (Austria & Central Europe) in Vienna. A Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree holder in Accountancy from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle in the United Kingdom, Abu Bakar’s core expertise are in the areas of sales, customer services and operations management. Abu Bakar was appointed as Leader for GO Team MH370 based in Beijing and Lead Coordinator for Family Communication & Support Centre MH17 based in Amsterdam.
